Educational Qualification
The following information outlines the minimal educational requirements for IB Recruitment 2023 applications.
- Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a reputable educational board
- Possession of domicile certificate of the State against which the candidate has applied.
- Knowledge of any of the regional tongues or dialects listed next to each SIB in the vacancy table above.
Age Limit
The age limit for Security Assistants is not exceeding 27 years as of 25/11/22. But for MTS minimum age is 18 Years and the maximum age is 25 Years.
Application fees
The application fees for Male candidates of General, EWS, and OBC categories are 500 Rupees. While for other candidates it is 450 Rupees.
Selection Process
The selection process for the post of IB Security Assistant and MTS consists of:

- Offline descriptive exam
- Interview/Personality test (SA/Exe Only)
