UPSC The Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Services Notification 2023 For 51 Posts

The UPSC published the IES/ISS Notification 2023 on its website, upsc.gov.in, on April 19, 2023. Candidates may submit their applications between April 19, 2023, and May 9, 2023. The UPSC will conduct the IES/ISS exam in June 2023.

Exams for Indian Economic Services and Indian Statistical Services have different curricula, prerequisites, and formats. They are barely distinguishable from one another. UPSC IES/ISS Exam: Age Limit

If you’re applying for jobs with the Indian Economic Services and Indian Statistical Services, you should be between the ages of 21 and 30. Candidates from SC/ST will have their age reduced by five years, while those from OBC will have their age reduced by three years. Candidates who satisfy the impairment requirement have their ages reduced by ten years.

UPSC IES/ISS Exam: Educational Qualification

Indian Economic Services

The applicant should hold a post-graduate degree in economics, applied economics, business economics, or econometrics from an accredited institution.

Indian Statistical service

The applicant must hold an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited institution in statistics, mathematical statistics, or applied statistics.
